Our dietitian is here to help you navigate all the available information regarding food and nutrition and sort fact from fiction. She can also help you create a better relationship with food. Our registered dietitian nutritionist incorporates motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention therapy, food/meal challenges, Health at Every Size and nutrition education into her sessions to provide individualized information for each client.
