Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the busyness of your environment – the people, the noises, the tasks, or even your own racing thoughts? Mindfulness is a technique that allows people to escape the clutter of their mind, let go and be fully present in the moment.
If you haven’t been living under a rock, you are likely aware of AI use and its growing popularity in virtually every area of our lives.
Friday, October 10th, 2025, was World Mental Health Day.  How did you commemorate this observance?  Honestly, I gave it a brief thought and carried on with my day.  I wasn’t intentional about how I managed my mental health on this day, and I don’t think that was the point.
