Hi friend! I am glad you are here. The process of deciding you want to seek out a therapist can be difficult enough on its own, let alone the actual process of sorting through all your options, trying to find the best one for you. If you have made it this far, welcome! My name is Jessica, but most people call me Jess. My entire life I was always the friend people went to when they needed to talk about their problems, it is in my nature to want to help others live their best lives. While I was in college, I decided to make an official career out of it.

I believe in collaboration; in two people coming together to figure out how to live better, more holistic lives. I believe in authenticity and being your true self. I believe love is love and that everyone on this earth is here for a reason and deserves to be heard and understood.

Sometimes, life is hard. Sometimes we are faced with challenges we don’t know if we are able to handle on our own. Luckily, you don’t have to. Therapy is a process, it takes a willingness to try new ways of doing things. But I promise, the work is worth it.

I work with individuals ages fourteen and up using a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Theory, and Reality Therapy to help clients work through their issues to live more congruent lives.
